Capstans :NTB Ceratuff capstans for rod break down (RBD) and annealer are made from sintered rings imported from Ceram Tec AG, Germany. These rings are precision ground to size by our skillful workmen using CNC grinding machines. Our single side and double side taper designs give the best performance and long life. NTB Ceratuff RBD and annealer rings are custom made and are available in bare ceramic and metal ceramic composite designs standard RBD rings for Neihoff, SAMP, Syncro, Furukawa, Mijazaki, Gruna etc., are available from stock.

Step Cone Pulley :NTB manufactures Ceratuff step cone pulleys for intermittent wire drawing application in Yittria stabilized Zirconia,ZTA & Alumina. Main characteristics are excellent fracture-toughness, high bending strength, chemical inertness & low thermal conductivity. NTB ceratuff pulleys are custom made and are avialable in solid step cone & metal-ceramic composite designs. standard step cone pulleys for Neihoff ,SAMP,syncro,Furukawa ,Mijazaki,Gruna etc., are available from stock.These pulleys can also be supplied using ZN40 grade, sintered magnesia stabilized Zirconia ceramic rings & tubes imported from CeramTec AG,Germany.

Carbon Fibre Bows :NTB offers high performance carbon fibre bows for bunching, twisting and stranding machines using bare bows wear strips imported from kamatics Corporation ,USA. These imported bows are skillfully assembled using NTB ceratuff high performance ceramic or carbide guides with metal or plastic housings. The new generation backbone bow made by kamatics corporation saves power up 25%, and allows to increase the machine rpm upto 10% ,when compared with other manufacturer bows.

Cylinders :NTB manifctures ceratuff cylinders for multiwire drawing application in Yittria stabilized Zirconia,ZTA & Alumina. Main characteristics are excellent fracture-toughness, high bending strength, chemical inertness & low thermal conductivity. NTB ceratuff pulleys are custom made and are available in solid cylinder upto 300 mm long ( 14 groove design) & metal-ceramic composite designs. standard step cone pulleys for Neihoff NMH 101/120/81, SAMP, Henirich,De Angeli, Sictra etc.,are availabe from stock.These pulleys can also be supplied using ZN40 grade, sintered magnesia stabilized Ziconia ceramic rings & tubes imported from ceramTec AG,Germany.

Guide Pulley :NTB ceratuff plastic flanged guide pulleys in alumina, Tungsten Carbide & ZTA ceramics and are assembled in aluminum or machined reinforced platic flanges. These pulleys are balanced at 2500 rpm. The aluminum flanges are CNC machined and duly anodized to prevent corrosion.These pulleys are available in standard sizes from 60 mm to 180 mm running diameter from stock. standard available profiles are "V" , "U" ,and straight or customized as per requirements.

NTB ceratuff plastic flanged guide pulleys in alumina & ZTA ceramics are assembled with injection moulded plastic flanges. We offer these pulleys in straight and taper flange. Our standard pulleys are available from stock.

Guides :NTB offers a vide range of guides for many applications like guiding,bunching, twisting, stranding etc.We also make specially designed "Air Wipes", "guides" and "rod upto 200mm long". We offer these guides in Alumina,ZTA,carbide & Zirconia materials. Our standard guide are available from stock.
